Typically, we spend the majority of shaker card construction working on top of a cardstock panel. The “inside out” technique works with the actual card BASE during the whole construction, building the shaker down INSIDE the card. Do you ever notice that regular shaker cards are sometimes “top heavy”? You will see a big difference in the distribution of weight when you put the shaker INSIDE the card.
