Card Inspiration | A Day In My Shoes | Sandpaper Road

Today I am sharing a lovely card project I created with patterned paper and two stamps. Simple and beautiful. I was thinking that this card would be lovely to send to someone as a “hello” card or a “thinking of you” card.

The finished card measures 6″ x 6″ (15,25 cm x 15,25 cm). I used one sheet of patterned paper from the “Summer Charm” paper collection by Craft O’Clock and stamped the “Wildflower Hiking Boots” stamp directly on the patterned paper. Then I colored in the stamped image with colored pencils.

I thought of using this patterned paper because the paper collection includes similar images of worn hiking boots, and I LOVE IT! I absolutely NEED to create a mini album with this paper and this stamp would be PERFECT to use for the cover!

As a final touch, I stamped the “World Reveals Itself” sentiment on vellum, embossed in white, and simply stapled it to the front of the card. It couldn’t be easier than that!
